Aurum Holdings commissioned a huge roadshow from HGA to embed a new customer experience initiative into each of its 220 stores. The solution was the creation of Aurum Airlines – with each delegate receiving an invitation, agenda and information booklet at home, that outlined the journey they would be taking. Posters, rollup banners, takeaways, staff uniforms, a drinks trolly and in-flight announcements all brought the theme to life and reflected the overall programme’s objectives
HGA Creative Communications helped us create a solution that was engaging, relevant, memorable and achievable in what were finite and tightly controlled budget and time frames. The HGA teams then produced a range of collateral including print, video and experiential activities that worked perfectly on-site.
The delivery of the events produced was fantastic – our people all got it, loved it and have taken it on board at store level. We would not have achieved this without HGA.
