HGA took a novel approach to a series of Senior Management Conferences for different divisions of HBOS/Bank of Scotland.
We used the same set and stage in the same venue to deliver 4 different events, back to back. Each event was totally unique in terms of content and presenters, but shared the cost savings and the conclusion that each one was a total success.
