Travelodge Conference Branding

The Challenge

Every year Travelodge hold an annual conference and celebration dinner for their hotel managers, senior field teams, central office staff and key suppliers. The conferences are held to convey key messaging around how the company is progressing, inform of major changes and to celebrate the hard work of the previous year.

As part of the 2015 conference Travelodge wanted to create an overall event brand that was based around their strategy for the coming year.

Creating the extraordinary

Travelodge wanted something different to previous events, something that would excite staff about the way the company was moving forward. We were delighted to win a competitive pitch process to be awarded the production of their annual conference. As part of the overall event, this also included event branding, theming and a variety of support materials.

We set about building an event brand that encompassed elements of the company’s focus and key customer base, using imagery that the staff could relate to, whilst concentrating on the company’s future strategy.

Alongside the brand identity, we created a series of support materials for the event including a micro site, electronic invitations, event programmes, venue signage, delegate passes and cascade materials. Interactive presentations were also produced to support the key messages of the day – engaging with the audience through animated graphical content and video.
