Santander Chase Distillery

The Challenge

As part of Santander’s ambition to help businesses prosper, HGA were appointed to deliver a series of engaging case study films documenting how the bank support growing businesses to achieve their ambitions. The first in this series of films documented the business banking relationship with Chase Distillery.

Company founder and potato farmer, William Chase, saw great success with his original brand, Tyrell’s crisps (sold in 2008) and set about his current venture to create a super-premium vodka, Chase, which was voted Best Vodka in the World at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Santander provided Chase the banking support to expand further into international markets and grow its already established reputation in the UK.

Creating the extraordinary

Working closely with Santander, Chase Distillery and Engage Publishing, HGA produced a short film showcasing the distillery with informative testimonials from Marketing Director, James Chase and Santander Relationship Director, John Hyde. Stunning visuals, filmed on location in Hereford bring the narrative to life, painting a memorable view of the Chase distillery operation, process, end product and distribution.

The film promotes Santander’s corporate and commercial offering online via the Santander YouTube channel and website and has proved to be a huge success. The film was also showcased to great acclaim at events including the “Three Counties Show”.
