This is the twelfth year we have delivered this annual event for AG Barr. Over that time we have gained a deep understanding of the company and the market it operates within. We have helped our client develop what was a fairly modest conference into a much more elaborate and spectacular event.
Knowing the client and the culture of the business so well has helped us to produce some very innovative and relevant events over the years, and our challenge is to constantly raise the bar as we have set a level of expectation amongst AG Barr staff.
This year's event was held at the Fairmont St Andrews for the third year in succession after many years at The Turnberry Hotel, which the company outgrew.
The daytime event was a lively mix of keynote presentations culminating in a themed interactive quiz which involved all 250 delegates.
The evening event was a spectacular gala dinner with awards and a talent competition – 'Barrs in their Eyes' featuring Barr staff miming their favourite pop artists. All in all an event to remember for lots of reasons and we're already looking forward to the next one.
