When we took over this established event last year our client asked us to think about ways in which the event could be refreshed. The end of season awards dinner had been held in the same venue to a very similar audience for years. So, we worked very closely with the team at Bolton Wanderers to devise a new approach.
Our solution was to completely change the screen format and projection technology to create a much more dynamic and engaging presentation style. Feedback was that client and delegates alike loved the new format and the large scale projection gave a real sense of occasion. Over 750 guests could enjoy seeing their favourite football team's highlights on the huge screen.
Over the two years we have delivered this event we have provided very different graphic styles and projection techniques. Each year we have created a bespoke identity and opening video shot in HD to maximise the impact on the huge screen. We are constantly looking at new and cost effective techniques to improve events of this nature.
