Kellogg's have been one of our longest standing clients - we worked with them in our first year of business nearly 23 years ago! We were appointed to produce the Commercial Conference for 300 delegates in Manchester. The purpose of the conference was to set a clear direction for the business and highlight key priorities for the coming year.

Engage

The various keynote sessions and interactive workshops were designed to inspire and energise employees to deliver the plans for the year. There was also a desire to renew a sense of leadership within the business, and highlight the key priorities for the year. Therefore the conference sessions had to demonstrate how delegates could all "make a difference" and motivate them to deliver when they returned to the business.

Deliver

We developed a strong graphic style for the event which was applied to all aspects of the project - from set and staging through to giveaways, and produced several HD video modules for the event including a heritage video showing historical milestones. The conference consisted of a mixture of presentations, video and interactive workshops.
