Lifestyle Services Group (LSG) had an ambitious growth plan looking forward to 2012 and wanted to communicate it to all employees. After sitting down with the LSG team to find out their objectives, we devised Th!nk 2012 as a vehicle for the campaign, and something that all staff could identify with.
To help the staff remember and to keep hold all of the information over the three years, they would receive a branded Filofax which would contain all the information, key messages and values for each year of the scheme. The long term plan was to produce one information pack per year which could be given to each delegate at the conference. The packs would be collected in the Filofax so at the end of the three year scheme, each delegate would have a complete Th!nk 2012 filofax.
The ident created for Th!nk 2012 was people focused and incorporated an overall graphic for the 3 year life of the project. The second conference moved to the Chill Factor-E an indoor ski & snowboard centre year, so the ident was evolved to tie in with this theme. Harnessing the values set out in the info packs the scheme was a complete success and helped to increase productivity amongst staff.
