TPAS are a client that we've worked with for a number of years across all disciplines. As far as digital goes, in the past we've created two websites for them, which required a considerable amount of data collection and management.
Our most recent project with TPAS was to create a site ahead of a their 2011 conference, enabling TPAS to capture valuable and accurate information regarding the delegate's attendance.
Our solution was to create an online delegate management system, allowing TPAS event organisers to have direct access to the information entered. The site was perfect for managing and updating information as it even allowed users to create their own accounts, where they could regularly log in and update their information.
Overall we've had over 1,200 delegates register on the site, each updating their details regularly. The original system in place was entirely paper based, so transferring this process to into an online capacity was an achievement itself. Not only that, it directly contributed to the smooth running of the project in the run up to the event, drastically reducing the time staff would have spent implementing administrative activity.
