To support graduates after they gain their qualifications, Zenos commissioned us to design and build an online community to keep track of past learners, provide access to resources and benefits and offer them exclusive content to help as they begin their careers.

Engage

In order to connect with graduates, we not only provided access to resources, but also to exclusive content relating to job vacancies from existing relationships with employers in relevant industries. Alumni were given the ability to browse vacancies but for positions at any point in their career. An updatable profile allows users to keep their contact details, and current job positions up-to-date.

Deliver

The site has already achieved over 1,200 graduate registrations per intake and this number will only increase as more employers are given access to the system to post their vacancies. Integration with the Zenos CRM system also means that past learner records are kept up-to-date automatically. Phase two of the project will include an exclusive graduate forum where the Alumni can share information and ask questions or even find their next career role.
