The Refer a Friend scheme has been in place for a number of years and is aimed at current and prospective students as well as alumni. The main objective of the scheme being to encourage as many people as possible to refer their friends to Zenos – if they sign up, the referee gets £100. Zenos specialises in providing IT apprenticeships for 16 – 24 year olds, so it was essential that a creative was designed which would capture the attention of this audience.
Due to the target audience, the ident of the scheme is changed every year to keep it fresh and new. This year's was no exception. We kept it clean, simple, visual and very iconic. The creative was then carried across a number of platforms, both offline and online, used in printed materials such as posters and flyers, which are then distributed and displayed at the various academies.
The RAF scheme is always a very important cog in Zenos's annual marketing strategy. In some cases, it contributes up to a third of the intake for certain academies. The scheme has once again been incredibly successful with a large percentage of the overall intake coming from the scheme alone.
