What our values mean to us

We were recently updating our Meet the Team profiles and we asked the team which of HGA’s culture values mean the most to them. The answers were very touching – lots of different, very personal answers that reflect the who we are, how we work and what makes us a team. Here we share our thoughts.

Our glass is always half full

“I love this one. It can be easy to get swept up into the stress of work (especially in the events industry where high pressure is a constant!) and my role in New Business can have more “no’s” than “yes’s”. It can be easy to get drawn into feeling negative, but here at HGA having that glass half full attitude can turn a tough day into a really successful, happy one.” Grace Taylor, Client Services Manager

Go the extra mile

“Out on-site, you need to be one step ahead of the game so whenever the client comes to ask something of you, you can say that it is already done.
