Department: Live Events
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive
Closing date: 07 December 2019

Are you passionate about events? Do you have a proven track record of exceeding client expectations? Do you want to be part of an exciting, dynamic agency with a portfolio of huge, revered clients?

If the answer to all these questions is “Yes”, then we’d love to meet you; you could be just the person to fill our vacancy for a talented, rigorous Events Producer. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, driven person to join our team and take their events career onto the next level by working within an established agency for some of the biggest client names around.

HGA is a successful and well-established integrated communications agency, founded on our award-winning Live Events operation. Now in our 30th year of operations, we count many of the UK’s best-known names as clients and have built relationships that go back decades.

Our Events Producer will have 2 years’+ experience in the conference industry, gained at an established production company. You will be confident in front of clients and be able to translate information from the initial brief through to tangible and spectacular results. You will have good technical knowledge alongside fantastic client handling and financial/budget management skills.

You will be able to work as part of a team from the pitch process, through production and logistics leading up to the event, on-site delivery, and client liaison with involvement in post-event completion and reconciliation.

The role demands a keen eye for detail, an ability to multitask, a passion for excellence and the resolve to be completely unfazed by the inevitable pressure of the industry, its tight deadlines and last-minute client demands.

Strictly no agencies. Please note, if we receive CV’s and other unsolicited communication from recruitment agencies we will treat these as our own information to do with as we please.

HGA is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified candidates, regardless of gender, race, age, sexual orientation or disability.
