HGA made delivering events exciting again. It was great to work with a creative team that listened to us, got the concept right first time and dealt with changes promptly. We were all really impressed and extremely pleased.
What better venue for a rail industry conference than a beautiful old Manchester building – rich in history and industrial-era features, yet constantly regenerated for the modern world.
TransCityRail North brought together rail experts and big-name brands for a conference, expo, panel discussions and a trade dinner. It took careful planning to connect all the events into one day with multiple sets and almost 800 delegates taking part.
The goal was to generate networking and sponsorship opportunities so we kept talks short to encourage time and space for interactions. We also circulated sponsor names in creative ways – from huge welcome banners and goodie bags to paper rims at the foot of each champagne glass.
