Superdry Global Sales Manager Conference

Following the success of SMC6, HGA were approached once again to provide event technology solutions for Superdry’s Global Sales Manager Conference, a three-day event at Cheltenham Racecourse.

With much of the AV being provided in house the client was keen to engage with HGA’s event technology team to add the much needed digital edge to create another unforgettable event. From our innovative MindWave game, our industry-leading event app, smart wristbands and voting favourite, Slido, our team proposed a range of event technology driven solutions to enhance the delegate experience and were on-hand to ensure the digital vibe flowed through the entire event.

Following the success of our MindWave game for SMC6, it was again featured at this event to reinforce the message of “focussing to win”. The game is totally customisable and so this time it, the goal was to use your brain waves to pull Superdry’s must have clothing (represented by a floating cube) towards your branded wardrobe.

At the heart of the event was our dedicated event app which seamlessly integrated alongside our smart wristband technology for delegate networking, cascade collection and delegate orientation/logistics. To simplify the user experience, we combined the gamification results from both wristbands and app into one primary leader board to ensure the points awarded from both touchpoints were reflected.

To vary the delegate experience and deliver high levels of engagement, we delivered silent conferencing in a number of the rooms. This helped us to keep noise bleed to a minimum whilst also making the experience more multi-sensory. Even in the silent conferencing rooms, we utilised Slido to great effect and without the use of a large screen for results, coached speakers on how to get the most out of the technology with their particular delivery format.
