Getting to know Reece...
What's your favourite movie
Whiplash is one of my favourites because it’s probably the only movie I’ve seen about drumming! I've been catching up on a lot of cult classics recently so anything by Quentin Tarantino is up there too...!
What telly are you addicted to?
Obviously Game of Thrones, which was amazing despite the lacklustre final season. I've also been binge watching Louis Theroux documentaries.
Where would you most like to be right now?
Sat round the campfire at a festival with friends.
Where’s the best place you’ve travelled to?
Lisbon was a recent trip which I really enjoyed - i'll definitely be going back soon. Bairro Alto had great vibes.
What’s the best soundtrack to a long car journey?
Me and some friends have constructed a playlist of all our favourite songs, it always goes down well for any social activities or road trips we go on. Failing that I’d put on anything from the 80s or anything by the Beatles!
What’s the best thing about Manchester?
It has to be the music scene. So much great music has come from Manchester and there’s no shortage of gigs happening in and around the city. Either that or all the amazing people i've met since moving here.
Which bit of event tech are you most excited by?
VR is the most exciting for me. It’s growing so quickly and being used in so many cool and inventive ways, can’t wait to see where it’s going next.
What question to you get asked most often in your job?
People are always asking me where Ian is and I honestly have no idea most of the time.

You can never keep up with the technology! There’s always something new to learn.
