Getting to know Steve...
What’s your favourite film?
Point Break (the original of course), Gone in 60 Seconds, Skyfall, Iron Man, The Martian, Creed & some 80’s classics like Back to the Future, Rocky (all of them) & Home Alone.
What's your favourite book?
Books aren't my thing, give me a good film any day. If it's not a brief, newspaper or takeaway menu, it doesn't get read.
What telly are you addicted to?
There are so many good TV shows on at the moment! I've just finished watching Chernobyl, which was epic. I'm currently watching Riviera, Ballers & Ray Donavon.
Where would you most like to be right now?
I'm in need of a Summer holiday to escape this Great British weather, so anywhere hot with a beach, bar & great music would be perfect right now!
Where’s the best place you’ve travelled to?
It's still Las Vegas. It doesn't matter where I go, nowhere tops the bright lights of Nevada!
What would be your specialist subject on Mastermind?
It would be something absolutely useless! I'm like a fountain of useless information.
What’s your favourite sport to watch or play?
Football to watch, golf to play. My annual golfing trip abroad with my mates is definitely the highlight in my calendar.
What’s the best soundtrack to a long car journey?
It would probably either be some of the biggest vocal house tunes from the last 20 years, or a big throwback to some 1980's cheese.
What’s the best thing about Manchester?
It's not the weather! It would have to be the atmosphere & the night life. Such a great city for a night out.
Tell us about your pet.
I have a staffy named Jake & as most staffy owners know they are all a little bit nuts. He has the funniest mannerisms & does some really stupid things, many of which result in expensive vet bills.
Sunday brunch or Sunday roast?
Sunday roast - obviously! I'm a big fan & I certainly don't limit it to a Sunday.
Finish this sentence - ‘I can usually be spotted in the office…
... trying to resist eating the vast amount of sweets & treats that are in circulation!'.
